About Me…
My name is Bob Winchester. I’m a full-time coach and process improvement advisor. I’ve been in this profession for almost 10 years now. During that time, I’ve worked with leaders in manufacturing, sales, engineering, project management, and more.
I love seeing breakthroughs! That is ultimately what’s in it for me (aside from making a living of course). Helping a leader improve a process or simply connect better with one or all of his or her team members is such a reward for me personally.
At one time, I actually managed over 100 employees and had responsibility for another 60. I know what it’s like to struggle, make mistakes, feel the joy of victory and the sting of defeat. I want to help other leaders avoid those defeats and build foundations for the road to success.
My Sensei used to say, “it’s not the company that produces the fastest, it’s the company that improves the fastest that wins.” You can’t improve without people, so you have to start there.
Building a high performance team is filled with speed limits, obstacles, and roadblocks. It’s my mission to help leaders clear their own path to success.
All of that said, I can’t help to mention how important my faith is to me and my family. While I’m not the type to beat a person over the head with my belief in Jesus, my faith does guide me in this journey. I won’t shy away from the goal of living a clean life and letting people know they are loved. I am forgiven, and I want others to know what that feels like:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
